Iraqi Co. Can't Challenge $87M Trucking Contracts: DOD

Law360, Washington (January 20, 2012, 4:33 PM ET) -- The U.S Department of Defense and an Iraqi shipping contractor asked a Washington federal court Thursday for an exit from a shareholder's suit seeking to block their bid to renegotiate rates on $87 million worth of trucking contracts, saying the shareholder is not a party to the contracts.
