UK Court Says Marsh Execs Can't Be Sued In U.S.

Law360, New York (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A London appeals court has struck down an attempt by Marsh & McLennan to bring suit in a United States court against three former executives who took jobs with a rival brokers in London, ruling the employees can only be sued by the company in British courts.
