Witness Says BCI Owner Paid Him To Cinch Plane Deals

Law360, Chicago (January 20, 2012, 5:43 PM ET) -- A former executive at aviation leasing company AAR Corp. told an Illinois federal jury on Friday that the owner of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. funneled him more than $400,000 in exchange for his help cinching two major transactions between the companies.
