7th Circ. Read Trade Law Too Narrowly In Potash Case: US

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 11:26 PM ET) -- U.S. antitrust law can apply to claims involving foreign trade even if the conduct at issue does not specifically target U.S. imports, the federal government said Wednesday in a brief to the Seventh Circuit, which is rehearing a case alleging international potash producers fixed prices.
