Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 4:52 PM ET) -- Washington-based litigation firm Weisbrod Matteis & Copley PLLC has lured a former technology trade secrets prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice from Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker PA, the firm announced Monday.
Peter Toren, who joined the firm as a partner this week, is experienced in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets litigation, and has represented clients in patent battles over computer software, hardware and LED technology, Weisbrod Matteis said.
