Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 3:44 PM ET) -- Offshore energy drilling company Noble Energy Inc. will consolidate its Houston offices in a new corporate global headquarters in the city's northwest financial district beginning in 2013, the sellers of the office property said Friday.
Commercial real estate companies Trammell Crow Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors said Noble signed a lease to occupy the entire 497,000-square-foot building at 20555 State Highway 249 in Houston. The companies said Noble will begin relocating personnel from several Houston-area offices to the new 10-story headquarters in summer 2013....
