Ex-CIA Officer Leaked Secrets To Journalists: DOJ

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 6:34 PM EST) -- A former CIA officer on Monday was charged in Virginia with illegally disclosing classified information about an officer's role in the capture and interrogation of suspected al-Qaida lieutenant Abu Zubaydah and also revealing a covert anti-terrorism officer's identity  to journalists.
