DOJ Antitrust Head Pozen To Depart In April

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 8:57 PM ET) -- Sharis A. Pozen plans to step down as acting head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division at the end of April, the agency said Monday, and names rumored to be on the short list to replace her include Arnold & Porter LLP antitrust chief William J. Baer and the DOJ's own Leslie Overton.
