Kodak Switches Restructuring Head Days After Ch. 11 Filing

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 8:32 PM ET) -- Bankrupt photography pioneer Eastman Kodak Co. said Monday that it had replaced its chief restructuring officer just days into its Chapter 11 case, but that the change wasn't due to any "disagreement or difference of opinion."

Outgoing CRO Dominic DiNapoli, vice chairman of FTI Consulting Inc., has been replaced by James A. Mesterharm, who is with AlixPartners LLP. FTI Consulting will continue working on certain bankruptcy matters for the company, which is in Chapter 11 protection in New York bankruptcy court.
