Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 2:38 PM ET) -- A putative class of iPhone users on Monday urged a California federal judge to reconsider his order forcing them to arbitrate their antitrust claims against Apple Inc. and AT&T Inc., claiming that Apple's contract with consumers calls for litigation in court.
