Judge Misread Seating Rule: BofA Tellers To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 5:28 PM ET) -- A federal judge erred when he concluded that California employers only had to provide suitable on-the-job seating to workers who specifically ask for it and threw out a putative class action against Bank of America Corp., two former tellers told the Ninth Circuit on Monday.
