Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 5:45 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit established Tuesday that printing part of a credit or debit card's expiration date on a receipt violates the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, but nevertheless tossed a putative class action against Tommy Hilfiger USA Inc. over the conduct.
