CORRECTED: CRA Loses New Protest Over $230M Army Health Contract

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has dismissed CRAssociates Inc.'s protest of a $230 million, U.S. Army health care contract awarded to rival contractor Spectrum Healthcare Resources Inc., according to a decision published Thursday.

The contract has been the subject of extensive litigation between the parties, including eight protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office, according to an attorney for Spectrum.
