Omnicom Gets More Time To Answer FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Advertising and public relations firm Omnicom Group Inc. has gained 30 extra days to reply to a lawsuit that accuses it of not paying its administrative assistants and other employees proper overtime compensation.

Judge Paul A. Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on the extension Thursday, giving Omnicom until Aug. 16 to file an answer to the complaint.
