Applebee's Workers Say Dukes Doesn't Bar Class Cert.

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 6:04 PM ET) -- A class of former restaurant workers hit back Tuesday at a bid by an Applebee's International Inc. franchisee to decertify their class in Illinois federal court in the wake of stiffened certification standards the U.S. Supreme Court imposed last year in Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes.
