GE, Ford, 40 Others Strike $5M Superfund Deal With EPA

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 3:43 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday sought court approval of a more than $5 million settlement with DuPont Co., General Electric Co., Ford Motor Co. and 39 other companies over environmental cleanup costs at a New Jersey Superfund site.
