ProMedica Begs FTC Not To Make It Divest Ohio Hospital

Law360, Washington (February 06, 2012, 8:26 PM ET) -- ProMedica Health System Inc. asked the Federal Trade Commission Monday not to force it to divest St. Luke's Hospital, saying the FTC hasn't met its burden of showing that ProMedica's merger with the Ohio hospital would lead to higher prices for consumers.
