Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 5:50 PM ET) -- Equinox Fund Management LLC filed a lawsuit in Illinois federal court Wednesday accusing a former managing director of using company trade secrets to help rival Solution Funds Group Inc. set up a competing fund and hiring away a key Equinox employee in violation of his employment contract.
