Law360, Los Angeles (January 25, 2012, 7:30 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday cleared the way for Oracle Corp.'s $1.5 billion dollar acquisition of RightNow Technologies, ending an inquiry by the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division that sought more information on the deal.
