EEOC Commissioner Offers Tips For Avoiding ADA Action

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 6:53 PM ET) -- As the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission continues to crack down on employers and take in record recoveries for disabled workers, Commissioner Chai Feldblum told lawyers Friday there were simple measures their clients can take to prevent action by the agency.
