Magazine Publisher AMI Hit With FLSA Class Action

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 2:25 PM EST) -- American Media Inc. was hit Monday with a collective wage action by a former temporary employee who claims the magazine publisher routinely failed to pay its workers in a timely manner as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws.
