Sanyo Loses MetroPCS Fight In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, San Diego (January 25, 2012, 9:03 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday rejected Sanyo Consumer Electronics Co. Ltd.’s attempt to challenge a ruling that MetroPCS Wireless Inc. had adequately pled price-fixing claims in a multidistrict litigation against Sanyo and other liquid crystal display panel makers.
