Law360, San Diego (January 25, 2012, 10:24 PM ET) -- Indiana’s Republican-controlled House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill that bars employers from forcing workers to join a union or pay union dues, putting Indiana on track to become the first state to approve a right-to-work law in more than a decade.
