Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 7:57 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday asked an administrative judge to bar attorneys representing HTC Corp. in its bid to block the importation of iPads and iPhones from prosecuting any patents related to the technology involved in the infringement dispute.
The technology giant moved to amend the protective order to include a so-called prosecution bar in the case at the U.S. International Trade Commission, an effort Apple described as key to keeping its proprietary and confidential information from being used in other inventors' patent prosecution efforts.
