Affymetrix Suit Over Illumina Microarray IP Reopened

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 8:42 PM EST) -- A Wisconsin federal judge reopened a lawsuit Thursday in which genetic research company Affymetrix Inc. seeks to add an inventor to two Illumina Inc. patents related to microarray technology, and shot down a renewed dismissal bid from Illumina.
