Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has refused to lift a stay in a patent infringement dispute over computer chips to issue a preliminary injunction against integrated circuits maker Linear Technology Corp.
On Monday, Judge Maxine M. Chesney denied Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc.’s motion seeking an order banning Linear from publicly stating or implying that the smaller rival based in Sunnyvale, Calif. infringes Linear’s two patents.
