9th Circ. Urged To Uphold Fee Award Against Righthaven

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 7:42 PM EST) -- A man who won a judgment of attorneys’ fees and costs after a judge tossed a case brought against him by copyright holding company Righthaven LLC told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday the judgment should be upheld, arguing the district court had used its discretion properly in granting the award.
