Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 3:20 PM ET) -- Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor LLC reportedly agreed to shell out as much as $30 million on Thursday to settle a lease dispute with real estate developer George Comfort & Sons Inc. after the agency objected to sharing a parking garage with a rival firm.
The settlement brings an end to a fight seemingly scripted for Tinseltown, involving the explosive combination of talent agent extraordinaire Ari Emanuel, a glitzy Beverly Hills office space and a shared underground valet parking garage, the Wall Street Journal reported....
