Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 6:33 PM ET) -- Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is expanding its reach into the Philadelphia suburb of Wayne, Pa., launching an office that will be comprised of five attorneys the firm recently acquired from Burns White LLC, Dinsmore announced Friday.
Burns White's former business practices group chair Richard O’Halloran will serve as the Wayne office managing partner, the firm said. Attorneys Lindsey Hoelzle, Eric Levine, Alyson Ricker and Marshall Schreibstein, all of whom worked in the same group with O'Halloran at Burns White, will join the new office as well....
