Mayer Brown Balks At Bankruptcy Advisor's Suit

Law360, New York (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP has slammed a U.S. Trustee's $17 million case against it, asking the district court to reconsider its decision not to toss the suit.

The case was filed by David Grochocinski, who acted as trustee in health care management company CMGT Inc.'s bankruptcy, and was transferred to the district court back in October.
