Judge Trims Class Action Over Volvo Engines

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 8:01 PM ET) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Friday tossed a fraud claim and a large chunk of two other allegations in a proposed class action accusing two Volvo Group units of hiding an engine defect from consumers.
