Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 7:38 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Friday rejected a pair of post-trial motions lodged by body armor maker Kolon Industries Inc., leaving intact a $920 million trade secrets verdict for industry rival DuPont Co.
U.S. District Judge Robert E. Payne denied two separate motions lodged by Kolon seeking either an overturning or a reduction of the jury's 2011 verdict that the Korean manufacturer stole trade secrets from former DuPont employees for use in its own armor products.
