Ex-MacAndrews & Forbes Exec Wins $16M In Battle With Firm

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 8:00 PM ET) -- A New York federal jury sided with the former vice chairman for MacAndrews & Forbes LLC on Friday, handing him a $16 million award representing funds the company allegedly owed him as part of a separation agreement. 

The jury found that billionaire Ronald Perelman’s MacAndrews & Forbes company owed Donald Drapkin $16 million under a contract the two signed in 2007 following Drapkin's resignation as the company’s vice chairman after 20 years.
