Law360, Wilmington (January 27, 2012, 7:54 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave Coach America Holdings Inc. the green light to auction its assets Friday after the charter bus giant’s efforts to restructure a hefty debt burden met with little success.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross signed off on bidding procedures for the assets after a court hearing, with the company planning an auction for April 18.
But Coach America has yet to find a stalking horse to kick off the bidding, debtor attorney Jason Teele of Lowenstein Sandler PC said at the hearing....
