Touch-Screen Co. Pixcir Swipes Back At Rival Over Patent

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 8:37 PM EST) -- Pixcir Electronics Microelectronics Co. Ltd. hit back against rival Elan Microelectronics Corp. on Wednesday by lodging a California federal court suit that seeks to have one of Elan’s touch-screen patents scratched, after being sued over the same patent by Elan in Nevada federal court.
