Omnicare Faces OT Class Action By Technicians, Others

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:00 PM ET) -- Omnicare Inc. was hit with a putative class action Thursday in Florida federal court by workers claiming the pharmaceutical and clinical care giant failed to pay for all overtime and hours worked.

The suit, filed by triage specialist Latonya Powe, brings collective action claims on behalf of a class of triage specialists, pharmacy technicians and other nonexempt employees in 47 states.
