Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 12:28 PM ET) -- Crowell & Moring LLP has added three Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP intellectual property attorneys who specialize in representing generic pharmaceutical makers, the firm announced Monday.
Partner Mark T. Jansen joined Crowell's San Francisco office while partner Cedric C.Y. Tan and counsel Kristin M. Cooklin went to Crowell's Washington location.
Also joining the Washington office was senior counsel Neil M. McCarthy, who most recently worked in private practice but previously worked with the other three attorneys at the former Townsend & Townsend & Crew LLP....
