Ex-Symmetry Medical Workers Consent To Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- Three defendants who worked for a U.K. subsidiary of Indiana-based Symmetry Medical Inc. consented Monday to U.S. regulators' claims that they worked on a multimillion-dollar scheme to inflate sales, but the man authorities say orchestrated the fraud wasn't one of them.
