AutoZone Loses Appeal In Age Discrimination Case

Law360, New York (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has upheld a jury ruling that AutoZone Inc. discriminated against a worker by firing him because he was older than 50, saying the district court was within its discretion in not allowing a jury to hear about a disciplinary action earlier in the worker's career.
