Funds' $100M Enron Suit Short On Facts: Deutsche Bank

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 3:39 PM ET) -- Deutsche Bank AG on Friday blasted several Canadian hedge funds' $100 million lawsuit accusing it and other banks of aiding the fraud that led to Enron Corp.'s collapse and sent its executives to prison, saying the suit lacks material facts.

In a memorandum in further support of a motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ third amended complaint, Deutsche Bank says the plaintiffs fail to sufficiently show that their allegations are strong enough to survive the motion.
