ITC To Probe Used Electronic Exports

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 3:43 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Monday that it will launch an investigation into the extent of U.S. exports of used electronics products, including audiovisual and telecommunications items.

The investigation will delve into audio and visual equipment, computers and peripheral equipment, digital imaging devices, telecommunication equipment, components of these products, and other electronic products the ITC deems relevant.
