Judge Won't Halt Fujifilm, Rite Aid Servicing Pact

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 5:48 PM EST) -- An Oregon federal judge on Monday rejected Retail Imaging Management Group LLC’s bid to block Fujifilm North America Corp. from servicing Rite Aid Corp. photo labs, saying there was no evidence that Fujifilm’s contract was anything more than competitive forces at work.

U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon denied Retail Imaging’s emergency motion for a temporary restraining order.
