Oracle, US Can't Strike Down Relators' Sun Kickback Claims

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 6:35 PM ET) -- An Arkansas federal judge on Monday rebuffed the federal government and Sun Microsystems Inc.'s efforts to throw out two relators' defective pricing and kickback claims against the Oracle Corp. subsidiary and avoid sharing the government's settlement money with them or paying their attorneys' fees.
