Warner Chilcott Targeted Over Sales Reps' OT Pay

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 7:38 PM ET) -- An ex-Warner Chilcott (U.S.) LLC worker launched a putative class action Monday accusing the pharmaceutical company of wrongly classifying its sales representatives as exempt from New York's overtime pay requirements to enhance profits and suppress labor costs.
