Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 7:12 PM ET) -- A New York state judge who dismissed a former Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP associate's $78 million lawsuit alleging the firm fired him after he boasted about his "superior legal mind" shouldn't reconsider her decision, the firm said Friday.
Former associate Gregory Berry "has not come close to demonstrating that the court overlooked or misapprehended the law or the facts," Kasowitz said in a motion opposing Berry's request that the judge give him permission to reargue the dismissal.
