NRG Unit Wins Coverage For Coal Plant Modification Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 8:51 PM ET) -- Illinois Union Insurance Co. must defend an NRG Energy Inc. subsidiary against a Clean Air Act suit brought by the federal government alleging it illegally made major modifications to a coal-fired power plant in Louisiana, a federal judge ruled Monday.
