Allergan, Merz Row Over Botox Secrets Headed To Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2012, 7:34 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday indicated that Merz Pharmaceuticals LLC and seven of its employees would have to defend themselves against allegations by Allergan Inc. that they used proprietary sales data for the wrinkle-reducing drug Botox to snag clients for a rival drug.
