Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:14 PM ET) -- Seyfarth Shaw LLP emerged victorious Monday after a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court jury found it not liable on all counts in a malpractice suit alleging the firm failed to protect logistics company and former client PCG Trading LLC from numerous employment suits after it acquired another company, attorneys said.
