NLRB Rips Challenge To Obama’s Recess Appointments

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 2:44 PM ET) -- National Labor Relations Board attorneys on Monday blasted claims that the board can’t enforce a new unionization rights posting rule because President Barack Obama’s recess appointments to the board were allegedly unconstitutional, calling the argument “both futile and prejudicial.”
