Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 2:26 PM ET) -- Bloomberg LP on Monday asked a New York federal judge to toss a sexual orientation discrimination suit brought by a former managing director at its television division, arguing that the London-based employee should have sued in England.
Brian Anthony Martinez, who was a Bloomberg director in charge of television in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, claims the business media company laid him off after he sought therapy to deal with domestic abuse from his partner.
